Return and exchange are valid for 10 days after delivery of the product. A reverse pickup will be arranged for you and if the pin code is not serviceable for pickup, customer will have to send the package at our warehouse (charges for sending the package will be refunded upto 100/-).
While sending the product kindly record a video to avoid any discrepancy in the future.
After receiving the return, refund will be processed in the account shared by customer. The whole process takes 7-10 business days.
